About the Role
We are seeking a vibrant and passionate Construction Supervisor to join our energetic team on a FIFO roster. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a positive culture of safety, ensuing our team are delivering a high-quality standard and supporting operational team to achieve a safe and productive workplace.

Construction Supervisor (FIFO)
Roster: 2/1 Fifo from Perth to Tom Price
Employment Type: Casual for first 6 months, option to go Full Time after 6months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and guide supervision to different work crews

  • Monitor all works for compliance with safety requirements and Job documentation.

  • Managing multiple work sites and actively update the Operations Manager

  • Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality of workmanship and delivered on-time

  • Effectively Manage Task sequencing and planning, focusing on efficiency

  • Supervise all construction elements

  • Ensure quality of work is maintained

What's on Offer:

  • 2/1 Fifo from Perth or 5/2 Residential

  • 12hour day, hourly rate - Fortnightly Pay

  • Company vehicle

  • Flights & Accommodation supplied (FIFO from Perth)

Skills & Requirements:

  • 5 experience in a supervisory role

  • Experience across all aspects of construction

  • Demonstrated experience supervising projects

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and people management and good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good computer literacy is essential

  • Trade Certificate Preferable

  • C Class Driver's License (HR License preferred but not essential)

  • White Card, WAH

  • WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS) (formally Appointed Person (Section 26 Training) - Highly desirable

  • Rio Tinto Inducted highly desirable

  • Mine site and Facility Maintenance experience

  • Be able to pass a LAB Drug and Alcohol test

  • Right to work in Australia
