Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a market leading Real Estate and Projects team on some of the most complex and challenging deals in the market? Our Perth team is growing and we have a number of opportunities at the associate level.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • experience in or the desire to work on the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
  • experience in or the desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets.
  • an understanding of all types of land tenure
  • experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
  • experience with commercial sales, purchases, leases, easements, options and licence agreements (among others)
  • experience conducting property due diligence
