The Company

Force Real Estate is a small real estate firm with both a Sales and Property Management department.  We are located in the northern suburbs (Hillarys) and have been established for over 20 years.  We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our existing dedicated team.

Duties

Your main role is to be the initial face of the company, and will include, but is not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking messages
  • General administration, including opening mail and sending mail
  • Managing data on the sales software program including all matters pertaining to the administrative listing, sale, and settlement of properties
  • Recording and monitoring of advertising expenses relating to sales
  • Administrative assistance to the Property Management department

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • A friendly disposition and a positive can-do attitude
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Excellent presentation and excellent phone manner
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
  • Computer savvy with experience with outlook, word, excel etc
  • Real Estate experience is prefered but not essential for the right candidate

This is a full-time position with office hours 9am to 5pm.
