psychosocial hazards.
- Influence, negotiate and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders including supervisors, employees and support services.
Examine risks associated with cumulative exposure to trauma and analysis of data associated with same.
Respond flexibly and positively in a high-pressure environment characterised by ongoing change, uncertainty and a high volume of cases.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement technology-driven solutions to enhance the effectiveness of Wellbeing
programs.
- Manage exposure to highly sensitive and confronting matters related to employee wellbeing and intervention cases, demonstrating emotional
