The Role:

We're seeking a capable and motivated Civil Estimator to join our Perth-based team.

You'll play a key role in pricing and managing costs for civil projects across WA - preparing tenders, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and helping deliver accurate, competitive bids.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with a background in civil estimating or quantity surveying, looking to be part of a growing and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse designs, plans, and scopes to prepare detailed cost estimates

· Conduct quantity take-offs and develop BOQs

· Review design documentation for constructability and cost efficiency

· Prepare and manage tender submissions

· Source, assess, and validate subcontractor and supplier pricing

· Identify scope gaps and raise RFIs as needed

· Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

· Collaborate with engineers and project teams on methodologies and programs

· Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying (preferred)

· –7 years' experience in civil estimating or cost management within the construction industry

· Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and pricing

· Proficient in estimating software and Excel

· Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and communication skills

· Capable of managing multiple bids and meeting deadlines

· Full working rights in Australia
