What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing accurate quotes, BOQs, and take-offs for civil and stone construction projects
  • Reviewing plans, drawings, and specs to ensure clear scopes of work
  • Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and pricing
  • Using Ground plan and Simpro to manage tenders, quotes, and project details
  • Assisting with progress claims, variations, and contract administration
  • Helping improve and streamline estimating systems and processes

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 year's experience in estimating (civil, limestone, or concrete preferred)
  • Confident reading plans and working with take-off software
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys a structured, systemised way of working
