We have an exciting permanent position available for a Shutdown Supervisor to join our WA Team. The role will be reporting to the WA Operations Manager and will ideally suit someone who is driven, adaptable, and passionate about their work.

KEY DUTIES

  • Oversee and manage shutdown sites and crew
  • Actively provide onsite maintenance support for TS Global products
  • Performing regular maintenance and installation of conveyor belts, parts and accessories
  • Providing information and advice to enhance performance of products
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute business development opportunities
  • Oversee contractual compliance
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of sales budgets, market share, business growth and retention strategies
  • Stimulating technical and non-technical innovation that improves customer engagement service delivery, quality and safety performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in shutdowns as a supervisor
  • Schedule 26 training (or working towards)
  • Experience and knowledge in materials handling, conveyor belt hygiene systems, Polyurethane and associated components is essential
  • Mining and or shutdown experience
  • Ability to oversee and manage shutdown sites and crew
  • Strong customer centric focus
  • Focus building new relationships and adding value to existing customers
  • Be mechanically minded
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional customers relationship and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of computer skills
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality with proven results
