We are currently seeking skilled
Mobile Maintenance Boilermakers
to join our team at our
Welshpool Workshop.
These roles are available on a fixed-term contract basis, working Monday to Friday (day shift only), with consistent and ongoing workshop-based work.

About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for high-quality repair, rebuild, and fabrication work on mobile equipment and components. This opportunity is ideal for tradespeople with MEM experience seeking workshop stability, competitive rates, and the chance to work on varied rebuild and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out repairs and maintenance on mobile equipment including buckets, booms, sticks, car bodies, and superstructures
  • Bucket repairs and refurbishments, machine rebuilds, and tank refurbs
  • General fabrication and welding work
  • Reading and interpreting fabrication and welding drawings
  • Ensuring all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Australian-recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding
  • Competency in FCAW and MMAW welding processes to AS Part 5
  • Demonstrated experience in mobile equipment maintenance (MEM)
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a workshop environment
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
  • High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift and Dogging)
