Making an impact. What will you do?
You will lead and work safely in compliance with company policies, aiming for zero incidents, and actively participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives
You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations across all production modes, including startup, shutdown, normal operation, filling, and tanker loading as required
Respond to alarms, troubleshoot abnormal conditions, and support root cause analysis to maintain operational stability
In addition, execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring plant reliability
You will install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair plant instrumentation, including transmitters, analyzers, control valves, switches, and relays
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair motors, VFDs, and low-voltage electrical systems, including isolation and testing
You will manage spare parts inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure maintenance efficiency
Support and oversee maintenance contractors, ensuring compliance with site standards and objectives
Furthermore, assist in planning and executing site turnarounds and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., safety valves, pressure vessels, CFT, and piping)
Provide relief plant operations support as needed to meet site KPIs and objectives
Also, you will carry out additional task as assigned by the Supervisor

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
You have at least 3 years’ experience in process plant operations or equivalent
WA Electrical License is required, as well as the certificate IV Electrical - Instrumentation
Experience with BMEAX, DCS and SAP is necessary
You have a forklift ticket and a driver license
EWP ticket
Gas Fitter Certificate is required in this role, as well as a boiler Ticket
