About the Role

This key valued role supports the firm's Personal Injury Partners in helping seriously injured clients achieve justice in:


• Workers' Compensation & Work Injury Damages


• Motor Accident Claims

You'll be actively involved in case management, working directly with clients, solicitors, insurers, and medical experts.

Key Responsibilities


• Liaise with clients, other firms, insurers, and medical specialists


• Undertake legal research


• Review clinical and medical notes


• Arrange appointments and prepare briefs to counsel


• Draft legal and court documents


• Manage filing and general administration

What We're Looking For


• 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in personal injury however 6 months training is available in house for "legal experienced" applicants with no prior experience in personal injury matters.
