**The Opportunity - Head of Project Management**

The Head of the Project Management will work closely with key Optus stakeholders and the M&C Group Head for Optus. This position will collaborate with the Yes Agency LT.

This position provides management and oversight of the project management team to ensure the successful implementation of all projects.

This position combines skills and experience in project, financial, and stakeholder management to ensure effective project management is applied to all projects across Yes Agency at all stages of the project lifecycle.

This position builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally (at Optus) and across the agency village (6 agencies on the roster), to facilitate smooth & timely development and delivery of high priority campaigns as directed by Senior Director, Brand Marketing (Optus), and Optus Group Head (M&C Saatchi).

**A snapshot of what you'll do -**
- Your role in inspiring and delivering the strategic product; the thinking and its effectiveness.
- Identify additional campaign deliverables to aid the marketing team and the campaign, and to help grow the YA capabilities in partnership with the Group Head, Optus.
- Develop & manage comprehensive project plans for Marketing, as well as Agency Village (6 Agencies) when delivering Tier 1 projects
- Manage internal stakeholder and agency village relationships with a solutions focus when Optus and thus the agencies are often asked to accelerate jobs in tight timeframes
- Manage Project plans to minimise risk of possible delays, and ensure all stakeholders are aware of the impact of delays or missed deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to refine processes and systems as needed, to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organisation.
- Direct the activities of the Project Management team and determine how team resources should be allocated across projects.

- Having a point of view on creative and strategy
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate international and local staff into a cohesive team and proven record in effectively managing multidisciplinary partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Your ideal experience**:

- Solid experience putting together & managing large integrated campaign project plans & timelines in creative agency environment at Senior Project Director Level
- In depth understanding of integrated production timings / processes
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and become a trusted advisor to Optus Stakeholders at all levels as well as senior stakeholders throughout the agency village
- Experience building alignment amongst many stakeholders to foster collaboration and get the best outcomes for Optus from the Agency Village
