We are a boutique agency located in Innaloo. We are looking for a licensed property manager who will fit into a great office environment. We are looking for someone to work 3 or 4 days per week (school hours possible) for around 20 to 25 hours per week.

The portfolio has been well-managed over the years, creating a low-stress environment. The majority of our properties are local, which means travelling is kept to a minimum.

With two property managers overseeing 180 properties, the workload remains sustainable over a long period.  The position will suit a licensed property manager with at least one year of experience.

We are looking for a person who has a good work ethic, is passionate about working in the real estate industry and has a 'can do' attitude. The successful applicant must be well-organised and able to multitask.

Part-time hours are negotiable.

A current property management registration and driver's license is essential.

  • Experience with PropertyMe is not essential but helpful
  • Remuneration is based on experience

The role:

  • Property maintenance
  • Lease renewals & variations
  • Inspections and final bond inspections.
  • Conduct viewings on properties
  • Tenant application checks
  • Lease preparation and signups
  • Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
  • Rental appraisals
  • Follow up overdue rents and accounts
  • Other job related roles
