The workMost people don't need another gym. They need a guide—someone who listens, maps a simple plan, and sticks around long enough to see the change. At Champions Gym we're real people with high standards and measurable results. Your job is to turn curiosity (a DM, a call, a walk-in) into confidence…and keep that confidence alive.

What your days feel like

  • A nervous message lands; you jump on the phone and ask the question that unlocks the truth.
  • You match them to the right path—intro course or membership—so the first session feels safe and known.
  • You send a quick welcome video. They show up. They come back. They bring a friend.
  • You capture the details (goals, injuries, preferences) so coaches can coach and promises get kept.
  • You celebrate small wins—first combo landed, first week done—and the habit sticks.

Who you areCurious, warm, organised. You follow through without being pushy. You read people well—what they say and what they don't. Low ego, coachable, inclusive by default. Phone-confident and sharp in DMs. CRM tidy because details matter.

A minimum of 1-2 years of sales or client relations experience is required for this position.

Extensive phone-based sales or customer service experience is essential for success in this position.

What we offer

Base: $59, % super on base (~$7,114)

Commission guide:

  • Lower: $18k–$23k p.a.
  • On-target: $26k–$31k p.a.
  • High: $36k–$42k p.a.

OTE: $77k–$101k (uncapped)
