In this rewarding role, you'll be at the forefront of providing practical and commercially astute advice to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of Australian employment law.

What You'll Do
As an
Employment Relations Advisor
, you'll be the cornerstone of support for our clients—small to medium enterprises across key industries. You'll:

  • Deliver high-quality, solution-oriented HR/ER advice, primarily over the phone and email.
  • Address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations, terminations, and legislation compliance.
  • Take ownership of client cases from initial call to resolution—ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on ER legislation, trends, and best practice through ongoing training and resources.

We're looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, including HR Business Partners, employment or workplace relations advisors
  • The ability to guide clients through complex workplace relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, grievances, award interpretation, and legislative compliance.
