Receptionist / Office Coordinator
to join our team. This role is at the heart of our culture and operations, the friendly face greeting clients, the organiser behind company events, and the coordinator who ensures our office runs like clockwork.
*What You'll Be Doing*
Reception
- Welcome and host clients, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
- Be the go-to for visitor coordination - from greeting guests to collecting deliveries from downstairs.
- Provide reception coverage when our receptionist is away.
Office Coordination
- Keep the office stocked, tidy, and running smoothly - from supplies to meeting rooms.
- Be the point of contact for office maintenance and external suppliers.
- Coordinate catering, team lunches, and birthday celebrations.
- Ensure our workplace is a vibrant, inclusive, and fun space for everyone.
People & Culture Support
- Support the onboarding of new starters, from welcome packs to setting up their first day.
- Assist with offboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience for departing employees.
- Help plan and coordinate company events, quarterly updates, and team-building activities.
Executive & Team Support
- Assist with scheduling meetings, workshops, and travel bookings.
- Coordinate catering and logistics for workshops and leadership meetings.
- Provide light EA-style support where needed, ensuring leaders are set up for success.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced in office administration, reception, or a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- A confident multitasker who can juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure
- A warm, professional communicator who makes a great first impression
- A team player who builds positive relationships and brings great energy to the workplace
- A problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Must be based in Sydney, onsite 4 days a week with the flexibility of WFH on Friday and full Australian working rights.
