Location: Fairfield – Dental Care Centre

We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist -Coordinator to join our friendly and growing team at Dental Care Centre, Fairfield.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, enjoys interacting with people, and has a warm, bubbly, and professional personality.

What you'll be doing:
  • Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive
  • Managing patient bookings, confirmations, and follow-up appointments
  • Assisting patients with medical history forms and discussing treatment payment options
  • Operating HICAPS and managing patient accounts/records
  • Handling phone and front desk enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Supporting the dental team in delivering outstanding service
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent communication and phone manner
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Dental4Windows (D4W)
  • Previous experience in a dental reception/coordination role
  • Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Assyrian (highly regarded)
