The Role:


• This role is office based but will be looking after the South and South Eastern suburbs, ideally the successful candidate would reside in the South or South Eastern Suburbs of Perth;


• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, managing everything from owner and tenant relations:


• Oversee routine inspections, tenancy vacates, and any maintenance requirements;


• Build strong relationships with property owners and clients, drive referrals, and expand our network. Your innovative approach will be rewarded with bonuses; and


• Prepare reports on property portfolios, compiling statistics and other reporting aspects accurately to IRE standards.

About You

The successful candidate who will join our fast-paced team is someone ideally holding a current WA Property Management Registration with at least 1 year of experience as a residential Property Manager. Astute communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Property Tree, Eagle, Tapi, and Inspection Express (desirable). They will hold a WA Driver's license and have proven experience in multi-faceted aspects of property management.
