About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and technically skilled individual to join our Digital & Marketing team as a Technical Specialist in Retail Banking. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting digital onboarding solutions that drive customer acquisition.

About you

You're a curious and proactive problem-solver with a strong technical foundation and a passion for digital innovation. You bring:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Groovy, and Java.
  • Experience supporting digital products and applications, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with TJM, iApply, and Dynamics 365 CIJ or similar platforms.
  • A knack for troubleshooting complex issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.

Bonus points if you have experience in customer onboarding journeys, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, or a background in Business or IT.

If the above sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
