With an established presence in Australia and a reputation for quality, design and service excellence, they're now seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead their Brisbane team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a stunning, design-led showroom — where every detail reflects the brand.

As Showroom Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional client experience for Architects, Designers, Builders, and Homeowners. You'll lead a small, passionate team while managing the day-to-day operations, showroom budgets, and sales performance.

Your focus will be on ensuring every visitor leaves inspired — while driving commercial outcomes through strong leadership, attention to detail, and genuine customer connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and motivate a small team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the premium values and standard of the brand.
  • Oversee/deliver on Showroom budgets, forecasting, and performance targets.
  • Drive sales through relationship-based service with Architects, Designers, Builders and Retail customers.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to deliver events, presentations, and design showcases.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product range to provide accurate and inspiring advice to clients.

About You

  • Previous experience managing a Showroom within the interior building products space, i.e. Timber, Furniture, Lighting, Tiles, Stone etc within the A&D sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire and support a small, close-knit team.
  • Commercially minded with proven experience in managing budgets, reporting and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a genuine interest in design, interiors or architecture.
  • Highly organised, with a hands-on approach and a strong eye for detail.
