Our local production capabilities and extensive warehousing ensure flexible finishes and accessible lead times, making luxury design both attainable and effortless.
The Role
Working as part of our A+D team, Trade Account Managers are charged with delivering sales growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our collections to the industry and taking a proactive approach to searching out and realising market opportunities.
Prospecting and lead generation
Actively seek out new sales opportunities both project specific and longer term through growing the customer base
Account management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through the sales cycle and post-sale.
Customer engagement
Understand customer needs, challenges and goals, offering solutions to meet those needs.
Leverage marketing initiatives
Maximise marketing opportunities to grow brand awareness and realise sales goals.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools. Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to the sales manager.
Collaboration and teamwork
Foster strong relationships across your team, the business and the wider industry. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to align on client needs.
Build brand visibility
Represent Cosh Living at events, engage in networking and trade shows to raise brand awareness and attract new customers.
Provide insights
Deliver regular feedback and insights to leadership on showroom stock, merchandising, local activations and by providing local market intelligence.
KPIS
Detailed annually in line with budgets and business objectives.
Activity goal Number of appointments annually.
Budget delivery Personal budget.
Cross sales Growth of indoor and share of brand portfolio.
About You
Proven Track Record
Demonstrated success in sales and business development, ideally within furniture, the A+D or related industry.

Passionate about exceeding sales targets, with a proactive approach to finding new business.
