We are on the hunt for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to help drive our QLD business to new heights.

As State Manager you will work collaboratively with our National Head Office Team to ensure sales, growth and profitability targets are achieved.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Showroom Management
    : Oversee the daily operations of the Brisbane showroom, ensuring a smooth and effective running of the space.
  • Client Relationship Building
    : Actively create and nurture relationships with existing and new clients across QLD, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide product selection advice
    , quotations and ultimately grow our business in the QLD market.
  • New Client Outreach
    : Proactively and strategically reach out to new potential clients, expanding our reach and strengthening our market position.
  • Team Leadership
    : Lead and inspire a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of customer service and showroom presentation.
  • Report
     on Sales Performance and Business Development activities.
  • Contribute
     ideas to the Head Office team on marketing campaigns, product development and business improvement initiatives.

  • Industry Experience
    : A relevant Tertiary Qualification and at least 4 years of relevant sales and business development experience in a fast growing SME business and a passionate interest in the interior design/furniture industry.
  • Multitasking Ability
    : Efficient in handling various responsibilities while maintaining high service standards.
  • Effective Communication
    : Showcase impeccable verbal and written communication skills, supported by computer literacy.
