About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a full-time 12-month fixed term contract to lead a due diligence–style review of our data and processes focusing on contracts.

You'll identify data or process inefficiencies, conduct financial analysis and modelling, and work closely with internal teams and external consultants to implement improvements.

We are a family business where all our Head Office have a hybrid work arrangement where you will be required to attend our Northern Beaches Head Office one day a week and the rest of your week can be worked from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the review of data and processes with external consultants and internal stakeholders. End aim to build a report on the quality of data and process efficiencies, identifying improvement areas and remediation actions.
  • Analyse financial, operational, and contractual data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Build and interpret financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Identify and track risks or process inefficiencies or data issues, ensuring remediation.
  • Prepare clear reports and recommendations for senior management.

About You

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CA (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5–7 years' experience in financial due diligence, M&A, or similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the retirement living or property sector is desirable.
