With wines bottled across McLaren Vale, the Adelaide Hills, and the Barossa, and distributed to domestic and global markets, we are building a supply chain that matches the scale and ambition of our brands.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position based in McLaren Vale, responsible for end-to-end supply chain management across multiple sites and brands. Reporting to the CEO, you'll oversee planning, procurement, logistics, compliance, and vendor relationships while mentoring the Product Coordinator.

Your focus will be to ensure our wines are delivered on time, in full, and at optimal cost, while embedding sustainability, continuous improvement, and best practice processes across the supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning forecasts with production, inventory, and allocation strategies across multiple sites.
• Build and maintain bottling schedules with contract facilities across McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills, and Barossa, including approvals, dry goods readiness, start-up attendance, and oversight of rework.
• Manage allocation planning and oversee the museum stock hold-back program.
• Develop procurement and supplier/3PL partnerships — negotiate contracts, monitor service, cost, quality, and sustainability KPIs.
• Lead export logistics and compliance globally, including customs, packaging, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with Finance on end-of-month processes, invoicing accuracy, stock reconciliations, and inventory control in Cin7.
• Monitor procurement spend, freight costs, and logistics overheads; deliver cost optimisation and control working capital tied up in inventory.
• Report to the CEO and management team on supply chain performance, risks, and efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Coordinator, embedding continuous improvement and supply chain excellence.

What You Bring

• 8+ years' experience in supply chain management, ideally in wine or FMCG, with exposure to multi-site operations.
• Proven leadership in demand forecasting, inventory control, and cross-functional planning.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including end-of-month processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Advanced ERP experience (Vintrace, Cin7) and excellent Microsoft Office capability.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics, exports, and regulatory compliance, with a strong sustainability focus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
