About the role
We're seeking a Team Coordinator who will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, ensuring smooth operations across the business unit through coordination, communication, and adaptability.

Day-to-day, you will:
Provide support General Manager Delivery and Head of Performance and Enablement, and their teams providing administrative assistance and will be responsible for a range of administrative support functions across the business unit.
Manage day-to-day activities, including diary, email management and travel arrangement
Coordinate meetings across different states, preparing presentations, reports and collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders
Support teams in onboarding new staff, including technology and set up of systems as well as coordination of induction-related activities
Adapt to changing priorities and work flexibly across different areas of the business unit to ensure smooth and efficient operations to meet deadlines
Provide logistical support for cyclical events such as Half Year or Full Year Performance reviews, Employee Survey Action Plans, Team Meetings, etc.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
Demonstrated experience as a personal or executive assistant gained in a corporate environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident demeanour and diplomacy with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to work on multiple tasks/projects at any one time
Strong customer focus and a team player willing to apply initiative in the work environment
High level of maturity and professional presentation
Excellent report production and presentation production skills
Advanced skills and knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
