About the role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive external customer growth by building strong relationships and providing tailored technical solutions. You'll work closely with consultants, contractors, and end-users to identify opportunities, deliver competitive proposals, and strengthen Armcor's presence in the market.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a strong focus on new business development, external sales growth, and technical expertise.
What you'll do
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC.
- Build lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and technical assessments to provide customised solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations that highlight Armcor's competitive advantage.
- Represent Armcor at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to shape business strategy.
What you'll bring
- Proven success in external business development or technical sales (HVAC preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Results-driven mindset with proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Technical knowledge of HVAC&R systems (advantageous).
