Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ormeau, QLD, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers, conducting site inspections, and understanding client requirements. Daily tasks include interacting with customers to understand their needs, preparing and presenting sales proposals, ensuring customer service excellence, and collaborating with the engineering team to tailor solutions to customer specifications. The role also involves following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the delivered products.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or access solutions industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
