Are you seeking a role that will advance your career in HR? This is an HR Business Partner role that will suit a Senior HR Advisor looking for an opportunity to showcase their ER skills and work in a team that is going through realignment. You will work with outstanding HR professionals who are leaders in their space.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to a client group of approximately 800 employees in a fast-paced, blue-collar operational environment. This is a hands-on role where you will work autonomously, with support from the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing typical care management issues, such as absenteeism, harassment, and bullying.
  • Providing strong HR advice to a team of 10 operations managers.
  • Handling employee relations and performance management cases from start to finish.
  • Supporting and coaching managers on various employee lifecycle events.
  • Working to improve the onboarding experience for new employees.

The Ideal Person

The successful person will have a background operating in a blue-collar environment and be comfortable managing a diverse and multicultural workforce. You will be an energetic self-starter who can take initiative and isn't afraid to get involved in the day-to-day operations.
