An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join a fast growing, publicly listed organisation

We are looking for dynamic and collaborative HR Business Partner to support the business growth through delivery of end to end HR support to the business.

**The role** is part of a small but high performing team, partnering with the business through recruitment, talent management, performance management, employment & industrial relations, and organisational development.

**Your purpose** will be to provide leadership, technical knowledge and support to Quickstep's Management and Team Leaders in a true Generalist role. You will have involvement in end to end support, HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives whilst supporting a high performing and growing organisation through developing and implementing HR initiatives.

Your ability to build and foster strong relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders, and be willing to challenge the status quo will be critical to achieving success. **What we are looking for**:

- Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business and/or a related area or equivalent experience partnered with formal studies
- 5 years experience in the Human Resources field
- Practical and pragmatic experience as a HR generalist (previous experience with a manufacturing and/or engineering industry highly regarded)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy including word processing, excel, power point (Advanced excel skills desirable)
- Strong work ethic, excellent organisational and time management skills
- An ability to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders
