Our client operates a very successful service for well-known Australian Construction material supply brand.  As part of their busy customer service team, you will play a big part in ensuring the organisation's passion to providing a fast, efficient and reliable service is upheld.

Key responsibilities will include  

  • Day to day management of customer's sales orders/accounts
  • Monitoring customer service inbox
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Resolving customer issues regarding orders, stock availability, deliveries
  • Tracking and tracing freight
  • Liaising with the sales team

To be considered for this position you will possess  

  • Passion for providing a superior customer service
  • Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate SAP or MS Excel and Outlook skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
  • Able to start immediately
