About the Role
We want a candidate to jump on board who is self-motivated and has the ability to complete the following in a thorough and passionate manner:
- Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads
- Attend and manage email inbox
- Allocate bookings, work orders, and tasks for technicians
- Organise materials, subcontractors, and services for work orders
- Submit council permits, insurances, and compliance documents
- Handle customer enquiries and requests
- Perform administrative duties
We're seeking a candidate who can offer the following:
- Professional and adaptive phone manner
- Demonstrate a flexible and 'can-do' attitude
- Logistically astute (though google maps will be your best friend)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems
- Customer conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
