About the Role

We want a candidate to jump on board who is self-motivated and has the ability to complete the following in a thorough and passionate manner:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads
  • Attend and manage email inbox
  • Allocate bookings, work orders, and tasks for technicians
  • Organise materials, subcontractors, and services for work orders
  • Submit council permits, insurances, and compliance documents
  • Handle customer enquiries and requests
  • Perform administrative duties

We're seeking a candidate who can offer the following:

  • Professional and adaptive phone manner
  • Demonstrate a flexible and 'can-do' attitude
  • Logistically astute (though google maps will be your best friend)
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Customer conflict resolution
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
