Join a leading global logistics business and play a vital role supporting a busy team through their peak period. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll be working with a mix of documentation and customer service, ensuring shipments move smoothly and efficiently.

We are open to full-time or part-time availability, though you'll need to be available to work both weekend days or at least one.

About the Role:

  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure shipments are cleared successfully
  • Gather and check shipment information and documentation when existing data is insufficient
  • Validate and correct data to ensure records meet all regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections where required
  • Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and other channels, supporting clearance queries
  • Handle documentation tasks and some manual handling duties

What We Are Looking For:

  • Availability to work weekends (both days or at least one)
  • A proactive and detail-focused approach to work
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
  • The ability to manage both desk-based tasks and occasional manual handling
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced operation
