Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager - South Australia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market analysis, generating leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Market Analysis, Growth Strategy Development, and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Relevant experience in the engineering plastics or modular conveyors industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
