What is our QEII Campus Facilities Manager role?
Responsible for planning and controlling a comprehensive Facilities Management service for the Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH) and other facilities on the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Medical Centre (MC) site.
In this role you will Manage the human, physical and financial resources with respect to Deputy Campus Facilities Manager (CFM) and Shift Engineers and associated tasks consistent with short- and long-term objectives of the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Facilities Management (FM) Department. You will develop and implement strategies and guidelines, monitors and reviews policies and performance, to ensure effective management and governance of FM operations. Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
