If you're overflowing with creative ideas, love making fun, engaging content, and feel totally at home on social media building communities, this role is for you. We want someone who can craft stories, bring bold ideas to life, and help two iconic Aussie D2C brands shine online.

Botanika Blends (the magical, plant-powered world of "craft by plants, powered by nature") and Protein Supplies Australia (clean, honest and no-nasties — "natural nutrition without the crap") both have thriving online stores and strong digital communities. Your creativity will power their growth and identity.

Although this role is advertised as full time, we are open to a flexible work arrangement that is part-time.

What You'll Be Doing (Your Creative Playground)Content Creation

  • Produce engaging videos, Reels, TikToks and visuals that showcase our products in fresh, fun and authentic ways.
  • Experiment with ideas and storytelling while staying aligned with each brand's personality.
  • Create content that stands out, entertains, and helps our D2C brands connect with customers.

Social Media Management

  • Take ownership of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook on a daily basis.
  • Engage with our online communities, answer questions, and help build deeper relationships across our D2C channels.
  • Capture spontaneous moments and turn them into content gold.

UGC & Influencer Management

  • Source, manage and nurture relationships with creators, UGC partners and influencers.
  • Coordinate product gifting, briefs and paid collaborations.
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with brand goals and delivers strong value.
  • Curate and repurpose high-quality UGC to strengthen authenticity and feed our content pipeline.

Affiliate Program

  • Oversee our affiliate program and help affiliates stay informed and motivated.
  • Guide affiliates with content needs and campaign updates to support brand advocacy.

Your Goals

  • Grow our D2C brands organically across social platforms.
  • Deliver a steady stream of creative, on-brand content.
  • Build a reliable network of UGC creators, influencers and affiliates.
  • Keep the influencer budget organised, transparent and effective.
  • Maintain a clear editorial calendar that supports brand storytelling and product moments.

What You Bring

  1. Video creation skills (Capcut) — from concept to filming and editing.
  2. Confidence being on camera and bringing your personality into the content.
  3. Solid organisational abilities to manage content schedules, creator partnerships and budget responsibilities.
  4. Great communication skills and a positive, community-focused mindset.
  5. Proficiency with Canva for creating high-quality static content, graphics and supporting visuals.
  6. Ability to deliver a simple KPI report once a month to track content performance, community growth and campaign outcomes.
  7. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a portfolio or examples of engaging content you've created.
