**About the Role**:
You'll be the driving force behind our social media presence, crafting engaging content and building a thriving online community. This role is all about understanding the youth demographic, staying ahead of trends, and creating content that gets noticed. You'll be responsible for everything from content creation and community management to performance analysis and influencer collaborations and overseeing a team of 4 direct reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies specifically targeting young audiences.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to youth interests.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posting.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and build relationships with our community.
- Analyse performance data to optimize campaigns and maximize reach.
- Collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Stay up-to-date on youth culture, trends, and emerging social media platforms.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content planning.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Content Creator, preferably with a focus on youth or lifestyle brands. Show us your portfolio
- Previous management expereince.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms popular with young audiences (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Data-driven approach to strategy and optimization.
- Proven ability to create viral and engaging content.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and content creators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for connecting with young people.
- Passion for youth culture and trends.
