Our client is a highly progressive surgeon continually offering patients clinical excellence and the best options for treatment.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Practice Manager to join a growing and progressive surgeon as a full time assistant. You will provide superior admin support to the Surgeon.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments
- Chasing up patient results
- Uploading transcriptions, formatting and editing letters
- Scanning referrals
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Surgical billings
- Liaising with hospital staff and booking procedures
- Coordinating theatre lists
- PA Support to the Surgeon
- Managing clinic relationships with the hospital
- Using Genie Software

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work independently. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing premium customer service.
