We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our well-established clinic in Drummoyne.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You'll work closely with our doctors and administrative team to maintain operational excellence, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure outstanding patient care.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

  • Maintaining the stability and efficiency of daily operations
  • Leading and developing staff to build a strong, collaborative culture
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
  • Supporting and managing practitioner relationships
About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in leading by example, solving problems proactively, and creating a welcoming and organised environment.

You will bring:

  • People & Leadership Skills: A natural communicator and effective leader with sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire your team.
  • Operational Management: A proven record in running day-to-day business operations (medical practice experience is desirable but not essential), with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-On Approach: A team player with a "can-do" attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and support your team when needed.
