To be successful for this position, you will be a confident Practice Manager with supervisory experience. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. You will be pro-active and willing to get “hands on” in the initial stages.
- This is a full time position, Monday to Friday working from 8:30am to 5:00pm. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, depending on your knowledge and experience.**The role**:

- Ensure the smooth running of the practice on a daily basis
- Provide administration support and assistance to a group of GP’s
- HR responsibilities including staff recruitment, training and rostering
- Financials - banking, managing patient accounts and billings, debt recovery
- Supporting the management team of the other practice sites
- Responsible for office supplies and office management
- Between 3-5 years’ experience working as a Practice Manager in a medical environment
- Mandarin Speaking preferred
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills
- Ability to manage the day to day running of the practice
- Be a problem solver
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong patient focus
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Passionate about your role, and take pride in seeing a practice grow and be successful
