Western Australia for the past 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible

work arrangements or WFH arrangement and/or school based part-time hours, that has proven

experience in the administration of bulk haulage

We are currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator located in either Perth or

Geraldton. You will play an important role in keeping project documentation, daily reporting,

tonnage reconciliations, and compliance coordination with subcontractors on track.

The successful applicant will be required to do the following:

 Co-ordinate daily with subcontractors and Batth Ops by phone and teams.

 Maintain subcontractor databases and compliance spreadsheets

 Prepare and maintain documents in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

 Coordinate site access and logistics for operators and subcontractors

 Maintain Staff/Subcontractor Training Matrix

 Maintain the Subcontractor Management System in accordance with CoR requirements

 Monitor and create fuel fobs for the fleet of vehicles and track fuel usage.

 Work collaboratively with the operations team and our clients

 Other core administrative duties as directed

Essential Selection Criteria:

 Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Previous experience working with bulk haulage companies will be favourably considered.

 Ability to work independently, autonomously and manage multiple priorities

 Strong attention to detail with outstanding organisational and time management skills

 Communicate effectively with others at all levels of the business

 Think on the run and effectively come up with problem solving strategies
