About the role

We're looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to lead the next phase of growth in the company's B2B offering. You'll take ownership of key initiatives that make it easier for businesses to pay, get paid, and manage their financial workflows. This role combines strategy and execution — shaping the roadmap, building new payment experiences, and ensuring delivery at pace. With exposure across the business and close collaboration with senior leadership, you'll be instrumental in driving adoption, scale, and long-term success.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap
  • Build and scale innovative loyalty and engagement experiences across mobile and web
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, engineering, design, and finance
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and customer growth
  • Mentor product owners and help embed scalable product practices
  • Operate as both a hands-on builder and strategic thinker with board-level visibility

What we're looking for

  • Proven product management experience in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up)
  • Strong operator who can balance strategy with delivery, but leaning more on strategy
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder skills, with a commercial mindset
  • Background in rewards, loyalty, ecommerce, or engagement products is a plus
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving business
  • Someone with experience shipping 0-1 products
