This is a brand new opportunity to join one of the fastest growing, profitable Australian technology scale ups. The business have built a market leading product, solving real World problems at the intersection of AI, automation and compliance. After expanding and dominating the Australian market, they have expanded into the US, Canada & UK with no plans of slowing down. The team are backed by leading growth investors and on track to be Australia next Unicorn tech business.

We're looking for an ambitious and smart Senior Product Manager to join and lead this exceptional team based in Melbourne, Australia. Today total head count sits at ~140 with offices in the UK and the US. We're absolutely looking for Worldwide talent for this particular role with the ability to sponsor.

You will have the opportunity to work at the heart of decision making, collaborating daily with the SLT incl. Founder & CEO. You'll be expected to move fast, go deep on customer needs and take on the highest priority problems in the business. This role is incredibly customer focused. As the product is complex and the space is niche, you'll be expected to spend at least 35% of your time with customers.

If this sounds like you, we'd love to speak:

  • Minimum 5 years of venture or PE backed technology start up / scale up experience as a product manager
  • SaaS experience a must have, working on complex systems of workflows
  • You must have shipped and taken something from 0 to 1 (taking a product to market essential)
  • Clear demonstration of delivering measurable impact with responsibility of product KPIs
  • Must be able to demonstrate obsession with customers, you'll be expected to spend at least 40% of
  • STEM Background a must
  • Outside of fast paced tech start up experience, ex-strategy consultants highly preferred
