About the role

Cirka is a leading commercial presentation services provider and we are seeking a talented Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

As the Client Success Manager for one of our premium clients in the heart of Melbourne's western precinct, comprising five Premium A-Grade commercial towers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued client. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.

  • Leading and working collaboratively with our operations team to ensure seamless service deliver and deliver desired commercial results.

  • Regularly monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement, investment and efficiencies to grow our client relationships.

  • Providing regular performance reports and updates to client including completion of reports, contract plans and strategies as required along with any other business reports.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

  • Ensuring compliance across the contract and actively work with other business functions to mitigate against any risks.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in the cleaning services or facilities / service labour-based business.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Experience Microsoft Office suite user and experience working with online document management and auditing systems.
