About the RoleThis role is all about strategic client engagement, prospecting, and ensuring seamless communication between potential buyers, sellers, and the sales team. You'll develop and implement client engagement strategies, manage follow-ups, and ensure every lead is nurtured into an opportunity.
Your Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Follow-Ups
Develop and implement client engagement strategies to maximise relationships
Make daily outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to check in, follow up, and nurture relationships
- Identify and connect with potential clients, ensuring timely and meaningful interactions
- Maintain strong follow-up processes to keep clients engaged throughout their journey
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and supporting lead conversion
- Maintain and grow our database, ensuring all client interactions are recorded and leveraged for engagement
- Ensure no lead goes cold - track touchpoints and maintain consistent communication
Sales & Team Support
- Assist with listing preparation, appraisals, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate buyer enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
- Assist agents with buyer inspections, open homes, and client meetings (includes some Saturday work)
- Prepare market updates, listing presentations, and prospecting materials
Sales Administration & Compliance
- Ensure the CRM database is up to date and contacts are correctly categorised for engagement
- Manage client touchpoints - from anniversary follow-ups to quarterly market updates
- Organise inspections, valuations, and key handovers
- Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

A current Real Estate License or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential) A valid driver's licence
