The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Manager / Sales Assistant who is passionate about property and marketing.

This role combines sales support, client management, and marketing coordination. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver high-quality campaigns and drive sales performance.

Experience with marketing and design software will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate property listings, advertising, and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Assist with open inspections, client appointments, and sales follow-ups
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and digital ads
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track sales activities and progress
  • Support the sales team with documentation, contracts, and project launches
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise opportunities

About You:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (required)
  • Previous experience in real estate (sales or property management) is essential
  • Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Skilled in marketing and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive, motivated, and results-driven
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Bilingual skills (English + Mandarin) will be a strong advantage.
