Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand GoWide Solutions' footprint across the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, proven experience in B2B solution sales (preferably SAP, Salesforce, or AI-driven platforms), and the ability to independently identify, develop, and close strategic business opportunities.

This role reports directly to the Chief of Sales and is focused on driving sustainable business growth through market engagement, relationship building, and consultative solution selling.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for GoWide Solutions within Australia.
  • Identify key industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Public Sector for strategic engagement.
  • Position GoWide's SAP, Salesforce, and AI services to address enterprise business challenges and transformation goals.
  • Leverage competitive market insights to strengthen GoWide's brand presence and value proposition.

2. Business Growth & Client Engagement

  • Generate and manage new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and industry events.
  • Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to understand their digital transformation needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Build long-term partnerships focused on delivering business outcomes and measurable ROI.

3. Networking & Brand Presence

  • Represent GoWide at conferences, forums, and partner events to enhance market visibility.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, technology partners, and influencers.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital trends in Australia to identify new business opportunities.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and client data within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate proactive ownership, accountability, and consistency in achieving defined goals.

Requirements & Skills

  • 6–8 years of proven experience in enterprise technology sales (SAP, Salesforce, AI, or Cloud solutions preferred).
  • Strong professional network across Australian enterprises and mid-market clients.
  • Excellent understanding of Australia's technology ecosystem and digital transformation priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,436.78 – $124,528.86 per year
