About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Junior Events Operations Coordinator to join our energetic NSW team. In this role, you'll support our Operators team in executing standout activations across a range of events. You'll be hands-on with our cutting-edge photo booth products, manage production logistics, prep gear, and help maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the events team to set up and operate our high-end event tech and equipment.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily logistics including inventory checks, prep, and gear maintenance.
  • Ensure a smooth event experience by following run sheets and coordinating seamless activations.
  • Represent the brand professionally while delivering outstanding service to both clients and attendees.
  • Provide remote support during live events, helping troubleshoot any issues for casual operators.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content that boosts our brand's visual storytelling.
