As our Territory Manager, you'll be the frontline representation of Toby's Estate, driving brand impact and fostering meaningful connections in Sydney - we have TMs across the state so we may be flex on territory this role takes hold of. with occasional visits to regional NSW. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Whether on the road, at industry events, or engaging with café owners, you'll play a key role in growing our brand presence. Success in this role comes from building trust, providing value, and supporting small business owners to thrive. Our cafe/ site/ office is based in Chippendale however this role is currently managing Northern NSW. We do have some flex to navigate a change in territory for the preferred candidate and will be discussed through the recruitment process.
About you:
At Toby's, it's more than just selling coffee, it's about building partnerships. Our ideal candidate is driven, results-focused, and thrives in a competitive market. While proven sales experience is highly desirable, we're equally open to candidates from hospitality or other industries who bring a strong business development mindset, a go-getter attitude, and natural charisma. Coffee knowledge can be taught, but resilience, energy, and a passion for growth are essential.
You'll work autonomously while being part of a supportive, high-energy team that collaborates and shares insights. This role requires someone who can navigate market challenges, confidently discuss pricing, and build long-term customer relationships. Toby's Estate is one of Sydney's top coffee roasters, and we're growing fast.
