What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver a next level experience for every guest
  • Support your Venue Manager in driving performance and bringing the Yo-Chi magic to life
  • Keep operations running smoothly and the vibe high during every shift
  • Build, coach, and celebrate your crew's success

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have leadership experience in food, hospitality, or retail (QSR experience is a bonus)
  • Have availability across Mon–Sun and can work a flexible rotating roster (casual candidates can indicate preferred days/shifts)
  • Love connecting with people and building positive team culture
  • Bring a can do attitude and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
