We are a proud family-owned business with a strong team culture, built on trust, loyalty, and collaboration. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our finance functions and keep the day-to-day financial operations running smoothly.

Position Overview

This is a part-time role, 4 days per week, with an immediate start available.  The Bookkeeper will manage core financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and ATO compliance. The role suits someone organized, accurate, and confident in communicating with both internal staff and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and follow-ups
  • Process payroll, superannuation, and ensure compliance with awards and obligations
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support month-end processes and management reporting
  • Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
  • Solid knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation basics
  • MYOB experience essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Competent with Excel and reconciliations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
