The Opportunity

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will provide vital support across bookkeeping, payroll, and practice administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fortnightly payroll for approximately 60 staff
  • Accounts payable and receivable related tasks
  • Audit insurance management
  • Bank, credit card, and trust account reconciliations
  • Preparation of BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and compliance reporting
  • General practice administration and support to the Practice Manager

About You

  • Exceptional bookkeeping skills
  • Solid payroll experience, ideally using Micropay
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ideally from an accounting or law firm environment preferred

This opportunity is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive salary up to $110K plus super depending on experience.
